First, let me say that I was directed to Breckenridge for check-in, not the Frisco Hotel location. Had to drive 20 miles out of the way due to incorrect directions. The unit itself is average. The bedding is somewhat firm and the unit is smaller that the photos indicate. I traveled with 4 large teenage boys and there simply was not enough room for them to "spread out". The stairs to the 3rd floor is difficult for someone not used to the elevation/altitude so keep that in mind. The garage was narrow and made it difficult to park a very large SUV. Fortunately, there were plenty of outside parking spaces. I would consider this location primarily for families with younger children and not teens who need some activities after skiing. Unit itself was in average condition: furniture need dusting, cobwebs on window treatments, etc. Overall, average experience.

Photos of the condo on the website are exactly what the place looks like so no one should be disappointed. Rooms worked out great for 3 couples. Kitchen has enough utensils to cook whatever, but you gotta love the Moose Jaw Bar & Grill (the burger) We must go there at least once each Frisco Vacation.

It was nice not to have to drive all the way to Breckenridge to check into this property located in Frisco. Condo layout was great. We did struggle a little to keep climbing stairs to 3rd floor. Garage was very nice to keep one car and the skis in so did not have to carry up to the 3rd floor daily. Only complaint was that on Sunday at 6 a.m. someone was scrapping snow/ice from in front of all the units...good it was cleaned off but woke us up earlier than we wanted. Good & bad!

This is the fifth year renting a condo or home in Summit County. This rental was by far the nicest yet. It was the perfect location, and the layout of the condo really suited our needs. I would definitely rent this unit, or one similar again next year. We were pleasantly surprised to find humidifiers in both Master Bedrooms which really helped us with the dryer air we are not accustomed to. The views from the condo were beautiful!
Our only disappointment was not being able to stay longer. We did not get to take advantage of the hot tub, but this unit was located very close and would have been like having it in your own back yard.
Surprisingly there was NO street traffic noise, even though it is located close to i70, and the Dam Road.
We found the temperature in the condo to be very comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently appointed, although we never ate a meal there, it would have been easy to cook and entertain.
This unit has the loft with two twin beds, and a full bath which we did not use, but would be great if we had the grandkids staying with us. -

It would be nice to have ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms on the main level. It gets hot in the afternoons if you open the sliding door, the traffic noise is very loud.

Great place to stay!!! Excellent location and easy distance to all ski resorts. Very clean!!! Great outdoor hot tubs and beautiful view. Beds are extremely firm could use a few egg crates and decent pillows!! A few extra cooking items in the kitchen would be nice if you want to eat dinners in!!! Had a wonderful stay!!

My friends and I (4) were staying at a hotel in Breckenridge. When the time came, we realized we weren't ready to go home! I called the number for this property and, in 5 minutes, had a reservation for the rest of the week. The view was gorgeous and almost every room had access to the balcony. The best part though? Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, even our own guests who traveled up for the weekend. If you are thinking about staying here, it is definitely time to book!

We loved having 2 king beds. The gas fireplace was easy to use and very warm. The larage TV was a nice plus, too. And we had plenty of hot water for 5 people.

Nice condo with great views of Lake Dillon. Only downside is interstate 70 is right behind the place and traffic noise can be heard.
