My only complaint was the Condo could use a little updating however, loved the corner unit with the stream right outside the door. Definitely want to go back in the summer.

The management company was very helpful in changing our accommodations from a disappointing,older and dirty unit to a much better environment. However, the replacement unit had a water leak from upper bathroom down through ceiling to kitchen. We left a note on the table about this problem. Also disappointed we could not enjoy a drink in the hot-tube and our husbands wanted to enjoy a cigar and were asked to put them out. Also, the front door and door to garage allowed excessive cold air into the unit; it was very cold on the first floor. Additional weather stripping should be installed.

We stayed in 200 Cross-Creek in July. We asked for a pet-free condo and the management made it clear that guests could not have pets but they also could not verify if the owner's kept pets there. We got there and the smell of carpet cleaner and dog urine was powerful but it was a cool day so we opened all the windows and went to dinner. We got back and it was only marginally better. We kept all the windows open all day the next day but that evening upon return it was still apparent that it's time to replace the carpets.

This is our third stay in this Condo, because we love the corner location. Very comfortable and relaxing. great views. However, the carpet and sofa needed cleaning.

We had a wonderful vacation. There was a roaring creek right outside our condo. The hot tube was great. What a wonderful property. We want to come back soon.

Carpets and living room couch full of dog hair. Had to vacuum several times to get it all up. Vacuum cleaner was completely clogged and had to clean it out before it could be used.

We rented 4 condos for 4 days. The property manager was great. We were going on to Mesa Verde after our stay and she allowed us to leave one car on the property for several days. The condos are nicely arranged and furnished but could use some maintenance. The pool was clean and pleasantly warm. The children in the group swam twice a day. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful creek a few steps from the patio and it is only a short walk to downtown Frisco. There is a nice game room with a pool table and foosball table available.
I had done quite a bit of research on places to stay and found that the staff at Wildernest Property Management was the most willing to assist and the prices are MUCH more reasonable than some of the surrounding areas. -

This is an excellent condo in an ideal location, only a couple of blocks from Frisco's mainstreet.
The bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and of ample size. The kitchen is stocked; the living room is comfortable. I would rent Cross Creek 200 again in a heartbeat!
