Cross Creek 203, is very attractively renovated, well maintained and in an excellent location for skiing with views of the mountains and creek. Beautiful kitchen and shower, TVs in 3 rooms, comfortable seating and garage for the car. We would seek out this unit again for a future trip.

This is a great location with beautiful views and convenient to town. We had a great time. My only complaint is that we couldn't get the thermometer(s) to work and had to sleep with the windows open because the condo was too warm. We will be back in the summer!

This convenient condo was beautifully decorated and modern. It was adorable!
There was a problem with the heat as it was impossible to regulate. It was very hot even with the heat turned all the way down.
It would have been helpful if there were more pots with fitting tops for cooking and sharp knives. Also, there were no fitted sheets and you could not tuck in the bottom sheet.
Other then those minor problems the condo was a delight. I enjoyed my stay! -

We had a great experience. Very nicely remodeled unit on the creek. We had time to enjoy the hot tub and spend sometime on the back deck listening to the creek below. We will be back and request this specific unit again. Thank you.

Was only disappointed with outdoor pool and hottub not accessible = dirty and fireplace screen not secureed and maintenance never fixed. Otherwise very nice property listening to stream just outside while sitting by a great fireplace inside!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Cross Creek. The property was very comfortable, well appointed, and exceeded our expectations. The only negative we experienced was in trying to achieve the temperature in the facility. We could not figure out the thermostat. When we tried to contact someone about it, the notebook provided at the facility was not accurate. It listed two phone numbers, one of which we never received an answer and a cell number that was "out of order." Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the two days/nights we spent. It was a beautiful time of year with the colors of the season and just a nip of coolness in the air. We definitely want to schedule a return trip.

We had a wonderful time, just wish we had stayed longer. Everyone was just great and our property was just a dream. My husband had never stayed in a property such as this and he was very surprise about everything there. It was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed and then some We loved everything about our stay and will be looking at your company again for another mini vacation.

The Good Stuff: The condo is in a great location the decoration in perfect for a Colorado condo. The Stream out back is completely relaxing.
The Not so Good Stuff: The windows are old and don't open/close without much difficulty, the pillows and mattresses not great and the drain in the master shower needs some Mr. Plumber.
But overall a cozy and romantic spot. -

UNfortunately my husband had to have back surgery and we were unable to use our stay. Thus I can not give you a rating. We were very dissappointed and had looked forward to the weekend. I tired to submit w/o a star rating but it would not let me, as I am sure it would have been higher just fron the photos it looked very nice.

The unit was very nice and comfortable. The scenery from the balcony was breathtaking. However the two crank windows in the dining area had to be opened from the balcony because the crank was off (broken?). The insufficient amount of hand towels and wash towels was very inconvenient. One wet wash towel was left on the balcony chair. There were 4 hand and 2 wash towels for 5 people in the two bathrooms. The water in the pool both inside and outside was not clean.

The physical rental space was great. It is steps from downtown Frisco and a short drive to Breck and Dillon. We did wish there were some basic cooking supplies, such a cooking oil and a few more spices (salt and pepper were present). But these weren't a deal-breaker; we'd still return in the future!

Everything was wonderful except we were a bit disappointed that the outdoor hot tub wasn't running as we had so looked forward to the cool breeze on our skin while gazing at the stars. We were also unpleasantly suprised by no hot water when we showered. The heated floors didn't seem to work on the lower level and when we turned on one of the provided space heaters it continuosly popped the breaker. We did; however, love the location and the fact that we were butted right up against the rushing water. It was soothing to wake up to lovely views right outside the balcony. The kitchen was lovely and we especially enjoyed the fireplace. Check in and out was the easiest anywhere I have ever stayed. Hopefully the next time we come back the heat will work in all applications where it failed during this stay.

Enjoyed staying at Cross Creek 203 in May 2012. The condo was beautifully remodeled, clean, and comfortable. The clubhouse had a pool and hot tubs which were great for the kids. We were a short distance from the Frisco / Breckenridge trail, so we ran and biked there. We would love to stay in this condo again in the future.

Relaxing, quiet, convenient to town, everything we needed, except VHS not in working order, unable to use. Had to call maintenance to turn on heat and no hot water first evening, but overall a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would rent this property again.

I am actually reviewing for Cross Creek #305 (because I was traveling with a dog I stayed with my parents in the condo-my sister and her family were in #203). After looking at #203, our condo was very dated and worn. I actually feel that either #203 should
have a higher rental rate or #305 should be lower--no comparison between properties!!! I have stayed at these condos several times in the past with my family and this is the first time I have been disappointed!!! The kitchen was lacking for supplies (no dish
cloths, missing dishes, only one dish towel, etc). The sofa sleeper was NOT comfortable at all. Bathroom very small. Also, we have always planned well enough to be able to stay in a main floor condo with creekside access--this trip was planned last minute
and we took the only two available condos. I will definately plan better next time!! -

Condo at 203 Cross Creek was the best appointed condo we have stayed in at Cross Creek.
Excellent view of the creek, albeit found the stairs a little hard at such an altitude. That might be our age. -

After coming here to ski for the last 16 years this
is by far the best place we have stayed at! The sound of the creek and veiw were breath taking.
The old saying you get what you pay for was true.
The place was clean and very home like. The place
was better then expected. Easy access to the downtown area for shopping and eating was nice.
The skiing was great!!!! The only drawback was we
have to leave to go back to Michigan. We would look to rent this unit again next year. -

Thank you for the wonderful condo. It was the perfect size for my 3 teenage boys, my husband and myself. The condo had been recently updated with heated floors, granite counter tops, a new kitchen with stainless appliances, and a fantastic master shower. There was plenty of room for our ski gear to dry out every night. Free internet was a bonus that was much appreciated. The back deck looked over a bubbling stream that was very soothing at the end of a long ski day. Thank you again...we'll definitely be back!

We stayed in Frisco at Cross Creeek 203 which was an updated condo with a beautiful kitchen, a great shower and comfortable furniture. It looked out to a creek from the back deck. The condo was immaculate when we checked in. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We could walk into town for a meal. It was also five miles from Copper and Breckenridge for skiing. At one point, we locked both of our keys to the condo inside the condo and it was no problem getting another one from the office. There was also an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub and clubhouse-a nice place for our teens to hang out. We have no complaints and next time we are in Summit County will stay at this condo again.

Enjoyed the condo and the area.
The only problem was the downstairs bedroom which was extremely cold ( we had to get a space heater to heat the room )and the upstairs living area was warm, even with the heat turned down up there.
Other than that it was lovely, and in a good part of town.

The door locks of #203 never worked. New keys were provided soon after we arrived, but the locks should have been replaced. All the time we stayed, the doors were not locked. This is a major security issue.
Bathroom sinks would not hold water. Maintenace notified the day after we checked-in, but nothing was done to remedy the problem.Response from Wildernest Property Management - 10/01/2009

We were given three keys - none of which could we get to work. A manager came over and gave us another one and she jiggled it around until we could open the door. It was an issue the entire time of our stay as often we would spend lots of time trying to jiggle the locks to get the door open. Otherwise, the condo is beautiful.
