Only one problem. Bedding was not available for the pull out bed. There was a tub in front closet labeled as such but only had pillows and no sheets or blankets

Overall, the condo was nice. There were some things in disrepair that weren't disclosed--ie, there is no heat in the downstairs bedroom and the upstairs toilet didn't drain well. It was OK for an overnighter.

We truly enjoyed our stay - the condo was beautiful, well kept and well stocked with dishes and other cookware. Next time I want to stay longer than just two nights!

Experience with the reservation staff was very pleasant, and the overall location was good. Things I should have asked before renting: What story is this on? How close to the freeway (although that didn't turn out to be a problem with this unit)? How crammed together are the condos? (Answer: VERY)
Finally, the main reason I'll never rent this unit again is the bedding. From the super-thin pillows to the rock-hard mattress and the mattress pad and sheets that shifted every time I did and eventually ended up in a large lump in the bed, the bedding truly sucked. I was so uncomfortable the first night I barely slept. If you're staying here, you may want to bring a sleeping bag and your own pillow. -

The directions to find this place were a little odd and we got lost a few times (we recommend a better map) but were happy to finally find it and had no problem getting in and settled. The downstairs/main door didn't have a dead bolt and it seemed odd. The place was decorated well and we found everything we needed easily enough. The major complaint was the beds that were extremely hard and uncomfortable! And something in the water heater closet made a really loud and obnoxious noise at night. Other than that - we enjoyed our stay. We used the pool/hot tub and were able to quickly walk into town and enjoy the restaurants and attractions that we found there. In addition the backyard had a view of the creek and it was refreshing to hear it running.

We enjoyed our stay at Wildernest, The property was nicely decorated, and comfortable, except for the beds. The beds,were not very comfortable, and the pillows did not support the head at all.

We loved the property-but some of the windows would not open (was hot during the day and no fans in closets) and the deck boards appear to be bowing/loose off the back, so we wouldn't sit out there.

We loved this location. Our 5 year old swam in the pool and played the games in the rec room. The only think we didn't like were the blinds in the lower bedroom. They need to be replaced, there were large gaps (broken parts) in the blinds and the balcony on that level is shared, so it was an uneasy feeling sleeping/changing in the room knowing the blinds had large openings. GREAT PLACE!

Great location, we enjoyed walking to downtown Frisco and good location to drive to Breckenridge and Vail. Needs some updating very dirty carpet, some blinds didn't work and some windows did not have a crank to open. three flights of stairs got to us in
that altitude. All in all we had a great vacation and we're planning to return next year. -

# Web site shows picture of a "clear" view of the river, in reality you can barely see it through the trees. # The properties front door jam / striker had been broken out, only lock was the small chain lock. # Kitchen drawer fron broken off and "stored"
in the drawer. # The boiler / heater / water heater makes enough noise to wake you at 2:30 am and keep you awake till its done. # Living room carpet badly stained. Other than the above, our stay was "OK" -

The condo has just the right amount of space for two people and two dogs. The deck overlooking the creek was awesome and we enjoyed sipping wine and listening to the rain fall in the evenings. The location is perfect for walks into town to grab a bite to eat. Very quiet and friendly neighbors who lent us a wine opener the first night (note to owners -- you need a wine opener). The only bummer was the Jacuzzi tub's jets hadn't been used in a while and spewed out dirt when we turned them on. Otherwise, we had a terrific time!

We had a wonderful stay. Much better than staying in a hotel. The sound of the river was beautiful and the location was near everything and not a lot of traffic. Overall, great stay and will definitely stay there again.

This place was such a nice place to come home to after a very busy and bustling day on the slopes! We were at Copper which was 6 minutes a way, so it was close by, yet the condo's location, nestled in the woods a long side a creek, made it very peaceful to return to at the end of the day! There was plenty of room for our family to hang out and we were able to bring our dog which made a huge difference to us! The club house pool and hot tub was very nice and somewhat private too!

Cannot comment on the condition of the condo as we had to cancel our vacation at the last minute. No attempt was made to refund any monies or to offer us anything for a future stay. We understand that we did not purchase travelers insurance but a bit of understanding/compassion would have been nice. Basically it was 'too bad see ya next time'.
The other party did stay in the unit and other than spending 2-3 hrs trying to get into the unit-to include a drive back down to Silverthorne in the middle of the night to pick up keys, all was well.

We rented this property through Wildernest and were very happy with the price and the size of the unit. I have rented many times through Wildernest and was happy this time as well. The only issue was that the garage was full of cabinetry that was going to be installed and we couldnt park there...we were reimbursed partially by wildernest/the owner and that made us happy- we would rent again. The fact that it was walking distance to Frisco main street is great.
