3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo close to the bus route on Main Street Frisco. This unit has a nice wood burning fireplace with wood provided. There is a one Car garage, 2 Decks, Grill, Washer and Dryer in the unit, This complex has a Clubhouse with an indoor /outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, out door hot tub and Wi-Fi internet.The quaint charm of the Frisco condos speaks to the tone of the town itself. The best part of this rental is the location. Walking distance
To town/ transit service. Has on site hot tub, inside as well as out.
Work out room as well. Our unit was a bit dated and
Did not have a lot of sun. It does come with a back yard
That borders a river. Bedrooms were upstairs
away from main living space which was a huge plus.

We had a woderful end of year. Rental condo was nice and properly equip. Only problem I had was noisy neighbors that woke us up around 2am couple of dyas. I will try to get next time a condo or house without nieghbors on top of us.
Location was great easy access everywhere.

Condo is conveniently located in Frisco and only a short hop to Keystone, Breck, or Copper.
The condo we stayed was very clean on check-in and the kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils. We also liked the fact the living area was downstairs and all the bedrooms were up. Ones in our party that wanted to retire early could with out being disturbed by others watching TV.
On the negative side, all the bed were very hard. My sons that are in their 20's complained about the rock hard twin beds. Master was much more firm than I like. The sleeper couch in the leaving room was not very comfortable to sit on either.
On the last night, we all went to the hot tub. It was overloaded with chemicals and several of us developed red rashes from it. This is likely an anomaly but more attention needs to be paid by the pool guy.
I have booked with Mountain Managers multiple times and the service is always as I expect - excellent. I will book them again. -

I have a large family that all gathered for a family reunion in July 2010. Reservations were made many months in advance. There were quite a few mix ups early on in the reservation process, but as we got closer to the reunion things seemed to be fine. The day before we were to arrive we got a phone call stating that we could not stay in the reserved property, and that nothing was available. Being that many of our group of 12 were traveling from out of state, and we were all going there to see our 50 some other relatives, this was unacceptable. After many phone calls we were finally able to get two units to replace our one. This was okay, but we had all planned on staying together, and the two units were a bit of a walk from each other, not to mention that we were in a complety different area of town than the rest of the reunion go-ers. From what I hear, other people withing the larger group had a similar experience with mix-ups and shuffling of units. The units themselves were great, clean and perfect (except for the broken dishwasher and clothes dryer). It turned out that we had a great time, but I would not use this company again. They were simply disorganized.

I am in full agreement. This family had a horrible booking experience. As this group was larger than my properties could accommodate, as a favor to this group, I utilized 2 additional management companies to provide accommodations at this great location, as it was preferred by the guests. It was with the additional booking agencies that our problems occurred. As a courtesy to this group, I assisted each guest with their individual reservation needs, as a mediator, with the two different external management companies.
I was mortified,myself, when one of my houses that had been blocked for this group, had a house fire and the fire department would not sign off on the inspection in time to allow this group reservation. Then in calling one of the external management companies, that the unit we had reserved was under major construction and my guests were going to be told, ON ARRIVAL, that they were being moved. In order to better accommodate this group, I worked diligently to provide comfortable lodging in the neighborhood, prior to the groups arrival.
Mountain managers provides a full maintenance staff to assist guests with dishwasher and clothes dryer repairs. As we realize that that appliances do occasionally need repair, all guests are welcome to call our office 24 hours a day for assistance with any repair needs. Mountain Manager office number is posted in several location in each unit.
Although we did experience some major reservation challenges, I am pleased that this group was able to be together and share some great family time together. ANITA -

We were attending our family reunion and every one had difficulties with anita the booking agent. Lost credit card deposits, unauthorized charges from one families deposit on a different families card were just the start of our group of 65 problems with anita. Some families were moved to several different condos. Many were moved 2.5 mile away and were told it was within walking distance. It was late, dark and pouring rain on our arrival and there were no outside lights or lights in the garage.. found bulbs burnt out. While there my handy hubby repaired the garbage disposal, changed light bulbs and repaired the kitchen cabinet.
