Brigand's Bay with sound access & boat dock at your door. The 1st level has a master bedroom, den, game room with foosball, kitchen & half bath. The 2nd level has 2 bedrooms with Jack-and-Jill bath, plus a bedroom & den with a shared bath. The 3rd level has a kitchen, living room, dining area, sitting room, bath & 2 screened porches, 1 with hot tub. The 4th level is a game room with pool table & wet bar. Sound views from all floors. High chair, porta-crib, 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, paddle-boat, basketball goal & horseshoes.High speed Internet access (computer not provided, bring your laptop).Check-in at Avon office.

The place was wonderful you feel that you can touch water from the window and the sea in the balcony. the place is generally very clean the rooms are big enough to make you feel comfortable. Every part of the room has a touch of beauty. the smell of the sea every where. The boat is few step far. service is excellent. Cell phone coverage is somewhat weak. The family enjoyed much. Bathrooms are clean and well kept. the place was well maintained. It is a little bit expensive but it deserves as luxury is guaranteed. I recommend it for large families or limited group. it is as a whole very good place.

I've been renting vacation homes on Hatteras Island for 20+ years...been in some great ones...and not so great ones. This home is at the top of the 'great' list !!! The home is just so well-loved...it's apparent from the minute you pull in the driveway. Beautifully decorated, the owners have a fabulous eye for detail. It is so well equipped,they've overlooked nothing. The kitchens (yes,there are 2) are set up with everything you could possibly need. The ground level is like an apartment of it's own...would be great for anyone who is unable or unwilling for that matter to climb the steps.
There are kayaks (2) , a paddle boat, bicycles. Horseshoe pits. The docks are wonderful!! The water views are awesome. Obviously, I can't say enough good things about the place. Rent it...you'll love it.
