Located in peaceful Brigand's Bay. An under house entry area has the laundry, second refrigerator, and plenty of room to bring the fishing rods in out of the elements.On the first living level you'll find a bedroom with a shared bath and one master bedroom. The living, kitchen and dining areas have unparalleled sound views, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to the hot tub deck. The second floor has two bedrooms with a shared bath.Sound and windsurfing access, boat dock, great for kayaking. Handicap accessible but not ADA compliant; has a ramp into the house and a bathroom with a low step-in shower with handrails.Check-in at Avon office.
