Enjoy view of the sunset over the sound at the end of the day. Ground level has concrete drive, under house parking. Game room has wet bar, mini-fridge, flat screen TV, foosball table and stereo. One full bath is outside (accessible from pool area). First level has hot tub deck access, laundry area, two bedrooms with Jack-and-Jill bath and one queen master with private bath. Second level has deck access, open living room with fireplace, dining and kitchen, one bath and king bedroom. Top level loft is cozy and has great views.
