Recently built in 2004, this beautifully decorated ground level condo is located just one block from Main Street at the west end of the quaint town of Frisco. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this condo has a cozy mountain feel with a very relaxing environment. Great views of the mountains from all sides, and just a stones throw away from Ten Mile Creek. It was built in conformance with ADA accessibility requirements.

You usually get what you pay for in Colorado however this was one of the better values we have encountered in our twenty some years of renting in Colorado. We have never rented the same place twice, but we would consider renting this location again. The condo is modern and nicely done, but the furniture does not measure up. Also the living dinning space is small, but it worked for the 5 of us with 6 for one night. The cleanness was mostly good but we did find some orange peels by the couch.
