Hawk's Landing is a well-located new 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2000 sq. ft. duplex in Frisco that sleeps 8 - 10. Hawk's Landing is located on the bike path and is just a short walk to downtown Frisco, the bus stop and the Frisco Marina. Hawks Landing features a private hot tub with views of the surrounding aspen and pine forest, a 2 car garage, a W/D in the home, digital cable, 3 TV's, a gas BBQ grill, and a gas fireplace in the main living area.

The condo was very nice and very convenient to the businesses of Frisco and a quick drive to the slopes. The condo was well furnished and very clean. Already looking forward to next year!

Hawks Landing is the best rental experience we have ever had! The condo is clean and very nicely furnished. Very spacious ! We skied at Copper Mtn but its in the heart of all of central Colorado's awesome skiing. Very well located in Frisco. So nice to have the private jacuzzi on the deck after a long day of skiing. The beds were comfortable and the downstairs bunk room was awesome for kids. Well furnished kitchen and nice gas grill on the deck. Very nice laundry room with oversize washer and dryer. We will be going back !

My group has been staying at Hawks Landing for the past 8 years and we love it. The unit is always very well kept and the location is perfect. We have considered other places to stay but always end up here because we know what we are going to get. Staying here eliminates the stress of bad accomodations and gurantees we are going to have a great time each visit. My friends and I love Summit County and we love Hawks Landing it is our winter vacation home!!

House is well appointed and extremely comfortable for 2 families. Basement is a great area for kids although bunk beds were not comfortable. Upstairs beds were great. Hot tub felt wonderfull but make sure the heat is turned up! Location is convenient to several ski resorts.
