This is our second time renting Serenity Now. Both times have had some negatives, but overall, it is a good rental with a great location. This year, the toilet for the kids rooms backed up within the first hour of our being there. We called on Saturday morning, and they got someone out to fix it but only after telling us "Well it will be hard because it is a weekend." There is never a trashcan in the kitchen. Heater doesn't work in the back bathroom. The bathmats look a bit grubby. There were light bulbs that were burned out. The sink had a funky odor. Garbage disposal just needed to be freshened. There was no detergent for the dishwasher. There were just little things that needed to be tended to but it looked like the management company probably comes in quickly, cleans, and doesn't notice. The décor is very nice and the location is ideal for getting to all the Summit county resorts. We would come again but would be delighted to find that all these little things we mentioned are addressed. Like I said, a little more time by the management company making these changes and any others we missed would be fantastic!

Our family of 11 stayed in the Condo comfortably! The finishes in the condo were luxurious, clean and new. The kitchen was fully stocked and we felt very welcome. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed every minute of our three day stay. The only down side was the hot tub was not too hot, more like luke warm and we didn't figure out how to turn down the heat in each room until the last day.

This was the best condo I have ever rented in Frisco! Easy access to the path where I could run or ride to Dillon or Breckenridge. Walking distance to stores. Beautiful condo with a fantastic view. The best coffee sipping patio I have ever experienced.

Serenity Now far exceeded our expectations! Located right on the open space next to Lake Dillon... with a spectacular view of the mountains and lake right out back, we enjoyed the beauty of the lake as if we were far away from any town. The condo itself was spacious and beautiful with granite countertops and a stone fireplace that set the tone for this peaceful mountain home. We loved being on the ground level so that we could sit out and enjoy morning coffee or walk down to the lake from our back door. Definitely one of the best places we've ever stayed!
