Enjoy all of summit county has to offer at this conveniently located 3BR 21/2 bath duplex walkable to many businesses, the bike path, and the free summit stage bus. Lounge on the deck in the hot tub and enjoy the mountain views! Your dog will enjoy romping in the green area behind the house.

The house is conveniently located near major ski areas. The summit stage provides free transportation to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, KeyStone, and A-Basin. Vail and Loveland ski areas are a short drive away. Lake Dillon, less than 1/2 mile from the house provides another source of recreation. Charming downtown Frisco is about a ten minute walk from the property. A one car garage opens into a a spacious driveway for accommodating several additional vehicles.
