This remodeled, spacious and very sunny home is a lovely mountain retreat with a perfect layout for large families or groups.

The deck offers spectacular view of the Mount Royal and surrounding mountains. There is room for everyone in this very large home, located in a quiet residential neighborhood behind the Post Office.

Soak up the sun and keep toasty upstairs after a long day of skiing with the gas stove fireplace in the great room. Lots of picture windows throughout the house to let in the sun. Relax on the leather couches and watch a movie on the large LCD TV with HD and DIRECTV DVR service.

The open kitchen is... stocked with everything you need to entertain a large group and has plenty of space to move around. Chef can keep up with the crowd while cooking with barstools around the kitchen countertop. A six person dining table is next to the kitchen (extra chairs throughout the house to accommodate more dining seating).

There are two bedrooms in the upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. The bathroom has a jetted tub, double sinks and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom in the hallway to share with living room.

Downstairs is a family room almost as spacious as the upstairs main living room. There is a TV/DVD player and a second gas stove fireplace. This is a perfect area for the kids to hang out. There is a queen sofa sleeper in this family room. The downstairs full bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms. Third bedroom has bunk beds (2 twins) and a trundle (2 twins). Fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The fifth bedroom with a queen bed is an apartment of its own with a full kitchen and a living room. The house sleeps 14 people maximum.

Brand new hot tub sits behind the house for privacy.

Enjoy the convenience of Frisco in this comfortable home, located about four blocks from Main Street. This home is equipped with DirecTV and complimentary WIFI. Washer/dryer in master bedroom closet. Central built-in humidifier throughout the house. There is a very large sun/mud room for storing skis and gear as you enter the house.

Parking available in driveway, no garage. Just 2 blocks to Main Street Frisco and to Summit Stage shuttle stop at Creekside & Main (new bus stop added summer 2008 in front of Alpine Market). Drive or optional shuttle to slopes.

  Totally enjoyed our stay, will look into renting Creekside again. Rooms were large and bright (windows), there was plenty so space for everyone plus space for a birthday dinner for 10 more friends.

  If I ever go back to Frisco for an extended-family vacation, I'll keep this place in mind. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out, and if we needed, we could have used all of the kitchen/kitchenettes for the different families. Each section of the house had a space for prepping food and a general living area with couch & tv. The hot tub was HOT and clean.

  Awesome place with several different living quarters gave good privacy to different members of our group. A great location just a short walk to mainstreet--we like being at the west end of mainstreet which is closer to our hiking and recreation spots. The kitchen is equipped with sharp knives and plenty of cookware which made eating at home enjoyable. TV's and stereos were plentiful as well.

  The location of the house was perfect--close to Main Street in Frisco, which is a low-key town! Everything was clean and well stocked (silverware, dishes, towels, etc) and there are many places to watch TV or just hang out. We had a plumbing problem shortly after we got there and they were there to fix it within 30 minutes.

  This was the second time that we have stayed at Sweetwater and, again, had a wonderful time. The addition of the deck furniture was a real plus! Thanks much for listening!! We had a small group of only 6, but the property met our needs very well and would easily have accommodated 4 additional adults. This may become our "regular" stop for our summer high country vacation.

  The dwelling was good overall. I would only have two recommendations; 1. Put a gas grill out on the deck. 2. It seems odd to have a house that sleeps 12+ with four bathrooms and only be able to take 2 showers before waiting 30 mins to get more hot water (per the house directions). I truly believe that tank-less hot water heaters are great and the way to go. However, if you fill the place with people it would take all night for everyone to shower after getting off the slopes.

  Upper level was very comfortable temperature wise, but lower level was cooler, particularly at night. There was plenty of room for all (11 total) without being on top of each other. We arrived at dusk. The house number is hard to find and read, particularly at night. Large kitchen allowed multiple persons to help prepare meals. The hot tub was nice and handy to use. We enjoyed the stay very much.

  Sweetwater Lodge is beautiful! We throughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone had lots of room to enjoy and we never felt like we were crowded. Having 12 adults all in one house can feel overwelming, but at Sweetwater, we had LOTS of room.

  The home was a very good property and met our needs well. The home was spacious with lots of glass and light and very nicely equipped and furnished. While we had a small group of only six, the property would easily accommodate 10-12. However, we did have one problem with the process and rental. In communicating with Summit Mountain Rentals in making the decision to choose Sweetwater Lodge, the deck was misrepresented to me even including emailing me (upon my request) photos of a deck and furniture that were not even located at this property. Having said that, after we arrived and returned to the check-in location, the staff at Summit Mountain acknowledged the mistake on their part and were apologetic and pleasant in working through the problem and we were able to reach a solution that was acceptable to both parties. Everything else about the property was just as advertised and we enjoyed our stay at this property and in Summit County as we always do.
