About the owner: My husband and I currently living in Monterey, California. In the future we would like to retire in the Philippines. In the meantime, we would like to share our beautiful home to the people travelling, who would like to see and stay in the beautiful town of San Juan, Batangas City. Welcome to the A. Vacation House!

Why the Owner Chose Batangas City:
I bought a lot in Lipahan, San Juan, Batangas City, so my husband & I decided to build a dream house, I created and plan the design for the house, with the help of my mom in the Philippines to foresee everything from start to finish. Really happy about the outcome, the house is beautiful inside and outside, 'perfect dream house'.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
Property is close to Laiya Beach, but not directly on it, about 20 minutes drive, so you can relax and have a quiet sleep, away from it all. Very beautiful place, smell the fresh air, view of the hills, house is surrounded by green trees. And about 30 minutes drive to Tiaong Quezon's Villa Escudero Plantations & Resorts.
