Aloha! Our family has been either living or vacationing on Kauai since 1976. In 1992 we purchased out first condo at Poipu Shores. I currently manage 7 oceanfront condos there. We live in Poipu! Owners who live on the Mainland have a hard time offering that kind of overview and attention to detail from their managment company.
