My wife and I live in Long Island NY but we owned a beautiful condo in Rincon, Puerto Rico that we go to a few weeks out of the year and we love it,hopefully to retire there one day. and because the place is in Rincon a nice place for vacationers, we decided it was a good idea to rent it for the time that we are not there.
