I am a Jamaican and I love to travel. I was a Social Worker while I was living in Jamaica. The experience I gained as a social worker traversing the hilly terrains of Jamaica and assisting communities to create ideas to improve their living conditions have taken me to some of the most beautiful and breadth taking sites in the country. I especially fell in love with Portland because of its unique climate which gives rise to many species of flora and fauna, It also creates natural ecosystems that are unique to other parts of the country.

My wife and I decided to build our home in Fairy Hill close to the Winnifred Beach, a gem on the island. Happy Villa is also very unique and special to us. We actually designed the house, we collected beach stones from St. Thomas another parish we were living and I was working in. We collected the seeds of the palms trees that decorated the corridors of the community on our many morning walks to the beach and back home. These are all features of Happy Villa and you can get the experience we had when you enter the gates of Happy Villa.

My wife and I now live in Denver Colorado and visits our home twice per year. My son Xavier manages the property on our behalf. We are more than happy to share our home and a piece of our history with you. Have a great stay, yah mon.
