Cotton Cove Cottages is situated on beautiful Squam Lake on Cotton Cove in the town of Holderness. We are centrally located in the heart of New Hampshire's Lakes Region and the foothills of the spectacular White Mountains.

We offer our guests a unique destination for summer activities that appeal to outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers of all description – swimmers, hikers, fishermen, kayakers, bikers, golfers, paddlers and bird watchers. We also offer FREE WIFI!

We are the perfect place for your New Hampshire vacation.

We are family owned and operated for over 63 years. The cottages were designed and built by Russell Goss, Sr., and are currently being managed by his grandson Terry and his wife Susan. Our property is landscaped with 200-year-old trees and a private 250-foot sandy beach on Big Squam Lake.

Our vacation rentals include 12 individual cottages; each cottage has two bedrooms with a full-size bed and a futon in the living space for additional sleeping. Our quaint kitchens include everything that you need including all appliances large and small. Each cottage has a nice size screened in porch for romantic candle light diners, a bathroom with a stall shower, and wireless internet, if needed. However, we strongly recommend that you unplug. We promise that you will not miss your television or your Facebook page.

All towels and linens are also provided. We have many docks available for rent, as well as several motor boats for full- or half-day rental. We do not charge our guests for the use of our kayaks, canoes and paddle boats. Grab a life vest and go!

Our guests have been returning to our property for over 60 years – many families occupying several cottages at a time. Share stories by the warmth of a campfire under the beautiful star-lit sky, play all day on the beach, swim in the Cove, watch unforgettable sunsets or listen to the loons' beautiful call while having breakfast on the beach.
