My wife Valeria and I have been renting out our apartments to tourists visiting BA for the past 4 years. We initially bought and renovated some apartments, and with our success in filling them, our friends in BA have slowly added new apartments for us to manage for them. We are now up to 30 apartments--almost all in Recoleta, but with 7 in Palermo. We select only apartments that are of a standard and location that we ourselves would be comfortable in. I grew up in the US, lived in BA in the 80s, then returned to USA (studying and working) for 14 years with Valeria. (I worked in Telecoms, Valeria is a Molecular Biologist).
