Condo is owned by Marcy and John from Bakersfield California. We purchased it in 2013 as a short sale after being on the market for three years. We use the condo 12 weeks a year for vacation use. We have two grown children who enjoy visiting with us when they can. The condo has room for all of us. Kauai is our favorite Hawaiian island. We love the wide open spaces, quite sandy beaches, roadside fruit stands, the many hiking trails, great surfing, and small towns.
