This unit is in a very quiet part of the Desert Princess Resort; close to pools with a great view from the patio of the #5 green. We fell in love with the Desert Princess community while renting there in January 2014 and decided it was a great place for a second home.

Many TLC upgrades have just been completed as of May 2014 converting it from primarily a rental to a more comfortable and functional home space; new flat-screen TVs in the main living room and both bedrooms, new carpeting in the bedrooms, ceiling fans added to main living room and both bedrooms; new microwave and kitchen accessories added; some repainting, and bathroom improvements just to name a few and with more to come!

We are just getting started as owners so any questions or suggestions about the web site listing, the property, or the unit are welcome.
