I and my wife Jean bought this plot of land in 2001 having fallen in love with Kefalonia — holidaying there every year since 1994 — and built Chez Jasmine to be our home. We lived there permanently for five years, but having been fortunate enough to have found a chalet in the French alps, we now spend the ski season and the high summer in the mountains.
