I am from Monterrey, Mexico and San Antonio has always been my 2nd home town. I love San Antonio because it is a major big city but still you can drive to many fun areas within just a short 10-15 minute drive if you live in Central San Antonio.

I love the urban life. When you live or vacation close to downtown San Antonio, you are closer to the culture, energy and personality of a city. When a saw this house for the first time, I saw a very simple cottage house facade. But after seeing its amazing location in a safe Historic District less than 4 miles from downtown and all the nice restaurants, bars and shops located in less than 2 miles, my dream was to turn this house into a cozy paradise of contemporary ambiance and decor, full of light and color.

The House has an amazing location close to everything. Safe Historic District with a mix of Hispanic traditional families and upcoming young and mature urban professionals (Single and Married)

Great contemporary decor and ambiance.
