Established in 2007 as a local family owned business, Vida Urbana PR is a result of our love for Old San Juan and our desire to share this Beauty with you. We enjoy being part of this historic community ourselves and like to welcome you to experience our Latin-, Tropical-, Spanish-colonial style neighborhood.

We are representing our neighbors (homeowners) who have decided to offer their Real Estate through us as Vacation Rentals, Long Term- or Commercial Rentals and Sales. Our office manages an incredible variety of properties, even beyond the old city in Condado, Miramar and Isla Verde.
