My wife and I live in USA. Condo that we rent out all year around. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are not local, we deal with our guests directly through my brother living in Miraflores – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Our property is fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!
