The company was founded by Landsmith, one of the nation's leading residential real estate investment firms. Our team is comprised of professionals dedicated to providing our guests with exceptional customer service.

We cater to homeowners whose objective is to:
• Earn a side rental income on their primary home while the home is not in use;
• Earn a higher income on a separate rental home; OR
• Offload the marketing and management of their vacation rental to a top professional organization

Our experience is based on years of managing our very own short-term rental units and leveraging best practices to maximize their incomes.

Our mission is to maximize rental incomes for our clients and to treat their homes as if our very own. We have successfully managed over 50 of our own units over the past few years and would like to assist other in doing the same.
