My summer home has been rented for the winter now for 2 seasons. Both tenants have lost their homes to Sandy and have lived here to be comfortable and close to the rebuilding of their homes. The price is much lower than market for the right person or couple. My home was remodeled in 2005 and only used by my family during summer months until recently. The home is lovely when trees and flowers are in bloom, fall and spring are just beautiful. All of these pictures were taken during the winter. The basement and outdoor shower are not pictured. It is located on I street ocean block. You can drive by and see for yourself. Good Luck, Gail
