I am a Long time Alaskan, having lived here over 30 years, in places such as Delta Junction, the Aleutian Islands and Anchorage. An avid adventurer, educator, photographer, water aerobics instructor, author & traveler I would like to assist on your own personal Alaskan Adventures. I grew up in Jamestown, New York. After graduating college and teaching school for 3 years in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, I moved to Simi Valley, California, and taught for 3 more years. In 1979, I journeyed to Alaska and continued teaching in Anchorage for 20 years. Retiring from full-time teaching in 2000, I continue to work in education - tutoring students, teaching reading and mentoring new teachers.
