We live in Rancho Palos Verdes, California and are aerospace industries employees. My husband and I decided that we would be retiring in the Philippines that is why we bought this unit in PI. In the meantime, while he is still working, we are opening our condo to rent to folks visiting the Philippines for their vacation. We have furnished the unit with the comfort in mind for our renters. All of the amenities in your home is practically provided in this condo. I have a very dependable niece and nephew who manages the unit in the Philippines and you could call them anytime you need their help.
