I am originally from New Zealand but I have been living in Italy for 28 years of which the last 8 in Tuscany. I own a small self catering apartment which I rent out, for 2 people, in the Castle of Orciatico, a small village in the heart of Tuscany. Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Florence and many other beautiful hilltop towns are easily reached by car. In the village there are 2 grocers, a bar, a restaurant, ATM machine, public tennis court and such breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. Photos sent to people interested in this lovely little apartment on request. I personally look after my guests. The apartment costs Euro 280 a week, all year round, all included. There is a wifi connection in the apartment.
