I spent most of my life operating hotels. My family and I now own and operate our four beachside cottages as vacation rentals on Indian Rocks Beach. We began in 2005, first with Sunset cottage, as our kids were getting older and hotel prices were getting out of our budget. I started renting Sunset cottage when we did not use it, and then we became so busy, we could not use it because I was booking it with reservations, so we then added Tiki cottage next door. When that cottage took off as well, we decided to add Castaway a bit later and are now in the process of adding our latest and largest cottage to the SunTiki family of vacation cottages, SandCastle cottage! I started the business by creating our fist website myself, www.Sunsetcottage1.com and then as we grew to add more cottages needed a full service site which we now have at:www.SunTikiCottages.com.
