We are licensed to do business as Discount Timeshare Rentals where we reside in Washington State. I have been a Real Estate Broker in Washington State since 1977. We own a large number of timeshares and rent out our time in those properties. We are able to book these properties at extreme discounts and make a small profit and pass those discounts on to our guests. All of the properties are professionally maintained and operated. We rent about 400 units/year and have staff ready to take care of your reservation requests. Please do see our website for more information.

Our business model is quite unique as our focus is repeat business rather than short term profits.
