Single owner family that enjoys the Beach and is willing to rent to families with similar interests. There is a management company that provides keys and any of your needs while renting. "Pristine" is a word used often by families renting our condo. We try to keep everything stocked and in perfect condition in the hope that those using it will want to maintain it in that manner.
