After numerous travel trips to Kauai, finally settled permanently in year 2001 on island. We also live full time in Princeville, on the Norhshore of Kauai (unless travels takes us back to Asia to visit our family members). Family owned and management of numerous small condos as vacation rentals. One family member also currently also holds a real estate license in the state of Hawaii.
We speak English, Mandarin, Fookien.
We are very fortunate to live on this beautiful island, we welcome our guests and are very happy to be able to share our "special" condos with others during their stay on the garden island paradise.

Beautiful views, very comfortable, quiet and clean with all amenities. Recently had some upgrades including new carpets. We saw whales, turtles, dolphins, beautiful sunrises and much more from the many windows that overlook the ocean. Sealodge beach is nice, wear proper footwear, Tunnels beach is the crown jewel, good luck with parking!
