As history buffs and natives of the South, we were drawn to Wintergreen as the perfect mixture of mountain getaway and sophisticated choices. We taught our children to ski when they were little, and we always wanted our own place in a ski resort. Other times of the year are great for all the other sports available here. During the Fall it is great to spend the night on the mountain while going to see our college teams play away at UVa. We love that we're surrounded here by the roots of so many personalities from our country's history. Y'all come!
