I am a retired person and living in Westbury, LI NY.
I built this home for me, but my family is all living in the USA.
I have been renting the house since 2004.
Instead of selling the place I tried renting it for vacation and the results have been great.
People have been coming back for several times now and I hope that you will be one of my guest.
The house is rented as a complete umit and when you rent the place you are the only onre there.
