We are retired and live in Maine. We never dreamed of owning a second home in the Caribbean but the opportunity to purchase an old military barracks on 1.3 acres with friends came up and we decided to go for it before even seeing the site. Windswept is our vacation home and we still can't believe how gorgeous it is. We own and manage the rentals for Windswept 2. We also manage the rentals for Windswept 1, which is owned by Kevin and Janet Gildart. Each condo can be rented individually or they can be rented together for larger parties. We provide the amenities that we would want in a villa rental and our on island property managers, Katie and Warren make guests feel right at home.
