I'm a retired teacher living in a mid-1800s Victorian house with too many rooms. So, a few years ago, I started donating the use of rooms to local organizations which needed lodging for visiting musicians, artists conducting workshops, and theater performers. Within a short period, other people started asking if they could rent rooms in my home. A Bed & Breakfast was born. This required moving walls so that each bedroom had a bathroom. Much plaster dust!

Now, I've decided to retire my B&B and concentrate on the two vacation rentals which include two separate family-friendly units, the Carriage House for larger families of 4 to 6 members, and the Apartment for smaller families of 2 to 3 members. These two units are the ones featured here on FlipKey.
