Originally New Englanders, my husband and I now reside in Florida. We seem to always gravitate to the water. Now retired, we enjoy an active life -- love to sail our boat in Tampa Bay, socialize with our friends, and travel.
We have owned our rental property in St.Lucia for well over 20 years and have built up a strong customer base over the years. Besides having many guests who return often, many of them refer others to us. Our success is due in large part to our Lucian housekeeper who manages the house for us when we are off island; she is a true gem and takes care of all details. When we are on the island ourselves, most of our time is spent in upgrading and improving the house so it is always in the best condition. My husband, Joe, is a master at all fix-up projects. I handle all the reservations and organizational details. When we can't accomodate a guest request, I am happy to help them find other similar vacation houses in Marigot. We work hard to make our guests happy!
