I work in and around the west, so am not home much, so I decided to share my place with others.

The Flagstaff home was my first house I bought after living in Flagstaff for 10 years, then within a year, I moved for work and rented it out for several years through several tenants - what a pain, and I didn't get to spend time there unless I was fixing what the tenants did to it. So beginning in 2005 I re-habbed and furnished the house so that I and others can enjoy it, the guests aren't as hard on it as annual tenants, and I get to use it when I'm free.

Why come here? What can I say: Flagstaff's weather is wonderful, and you're in the heart of the southwest; Grand Canyon, Sedona, skiing, hiking, bike riding...you name it.

It was such a good experience, I decided to make the main floor of my Victorian home in Colorado Springs available for short term vacation or executive stays. Since I live upstairs it has been a pleasure to actually meet and get to know my guests - which I don't often get to do with my Flagstaff guests.
