Starting as off island owners in 2003, each return to Maui made us want to stay longer. Finally in 2005 we retired from teaching and medical careers and now call Maui home.

We fell in love with the south Maui area and Wailea in particular. It's beauty, spectacular beaches and year round warm water and wonderful weather sold us. We love Wailea for it's lush, tropical landscaping and low density. Also it's easy access to all other parts of the island.

We now live just 5 minutes away from our rentals and are able to oversee the units at every changeover, assuring our guests of the best rental experience. Problems do occur, of course, but we are able to address them swiftly and personally.

Over the years, we have made friends with many of our guests who return year after year and consider our Wailea Escape properties to be their home in Maui.

We'd be pleased to add you to our ohana (family) of guests.
