I have owned my home, Walts World near Disney since mid 2004 and I began renting it out immediately, I have done this now very successfully and have many repeat guests. I take great pride and care of my home and have a local 24 hour management company who maintain my home to my very high standards, this is not a standard rental villa. My home is a home away from home with many luxurious little extras which I have added over the years. I have many years experience renting out my home and great reviews. I try very hard to be helpful to my guests and help with travel, tickets, favourite rides etc and even restaurant recommendations. I provide receipts at every stage of the booking for your piece of mind and ensure that Walts World is fully licensed and registered with the Florida Tourist Board.
