I am a spatial and urban engineer with a master degree on real estate, thus I wanted to interfere with the management of summer houses in Greece. As a traveler I appreciated much the personal contact with property owners, instead of the professional companies' communication. It feels always better to give tips, have a personal discussion and in general to make guests feel like home.
