I established myself in Bali 10 years ago after 20 years of visiting the Island regularly. Ten years of hard work, but good work and fun! Just prior to that, I had a great time sailing the world for 4 years on a 45 foot sail boat until the « Captain » and I separated. I then designed and built Bungadesa villas approximately 9 years ago. It is North of Seminyak the main tourist area of Bali. It is beautiful, still quiet and by the sea. The nightlife and famous restaurants are minutes away. And you can walk by the beach to "famous KU DE TA in 15 minutes.
