Libby & Jerry have rented a large villa & a studio with complete kitchenette since 2001. They live there in this same compound in their own beautiful hacienda during the winter months. Martin, a handyman-gardener, works full time and a maid provides cleaning services & linen exchange.
"We take great pride in everything looking beautiful and in working order.
Jerry is a tropical naturalist/biologist and loves to share his knowledge of local natural history with our guests." He gives complimentary nature walks & has a bird feeding station next to the PALAPA each morning, easy for guests to view.
Libby is a gifted interior decorator and landscape artist. She answers inquiries & writes up information to send new clients. Guests have found exceptional new restaurants, and even some superb places for snorkeling and this information is happily passed along.
Jerry's large "Jungle Garden" has native plants, shrubbery cover for exotic small song birds, platform feeders for both birds & butterflies, and a special hummingbird feeder. Publishing his butterfly research is his passion.
Both find great pleasure in the joy their guests experience in this uniquely beautiful, natural setting with its breathtaking views & the complementary nature walks with Jerry. In addition, they enjoy have guests join them at their favorite dining spots in La Penita & Guayabitos.
