We rent out our townhouse year round. We take great pride in managing and maintaining our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs.
We are living just 1/2 mile away, so we can personally assist you with any needs: from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between.
Our property is fully furnished and has all the amenities that you desire in a vacation home. We're in our seventies living just across the street in Highlands Reserve.

We've started here as snowbirds, then in 2005 bought into RP for spending only winters. We liked it so much that after 3 winters, favoring this area over both coasts, (we are also vivid cyclists, and cycling there was boring, and very difficult in street traffic) we bought our house just across the road in Highlands Reserve.
