Dating back to the 15th century, this former Drover's House is set within the peaceful tranquillity of the Pentlands Regional Park, yet only a short train journey, or 30 minutes drive, from the hustle and bustle of historic Edinburgh.

This delightful holiday cottage has been furnished, decorated and equipped to a high standard. Adjoining the owners home but in a totally rural setting, close by Harperrig Reservoir, it has its own garden with sitting-out area and barbecue.

Kirknewton village is 5 miles away. Here you will find a small supermarket, pub and post office. All your other shopping requirements will be found in Livingston or Edinburgh. There is also excellent hill walking from the doorstep in the regional park. Fly fishing, tennis, riding and golf locally. Coast at East Lothian hour drive. Pub 5 miles.
