I'm 57 years old, a Scot now living in Dublin, Ireland. My wife Sheila and I bought our Florida vacation home in mid 2008 when it was newly built. We try to use it at least twice a year. We've been going to Orlando with our 2 daughters since 1996 and now that they are grown up we hope they will also be able to enjoy our home.
We've rented the house since day 1 and the one thing I quickly realised was the level of trust you are putting in us to give you the perfect place for your vacation. I therefore ensure I answer all questions honestly so that you know exactly what our home has to offer. I know that if you enjoy it you may well come back and hopefully you'll tell others about our home as well. But I also know that the web is a powerful tool if you feel you have been misled!
We have had a number of repeat guests and every time someone stays at our home and takes the time to tell us how much they have enjoyed it we feel a great sense of pride and satisfaction.
