I was falling in love with that property at Dawn Beach in St.Maarten the first time I saw it. First time I came during a caribbean sailing trip with a sail yacht to St. Maarten having seen many other caribbean islands before and I found out that St. Maarten is the best island. St. Maarten has a bit from everything. Here at Dawn Beach is the best snorkeling beach.
