Hello,. I have been renting my home here in south Lake Tahoe for 7 years now. Your going to love this house because I treat it like my personal home. I want your stay to be as comfortable as mine when I am there. I live in The San Diego area in Encinitas along the coast. I love the mountains and is why I own this wonderful home in south Lake Tahoe. The community there is very peaceful and easy going. I love watching the Sunsets right from the sofa as the sun sets behind the mountains surrounding the lake. You do get a slight view of the lake but only eye level. The meadow is beautiful. I do a lot of cycling, going around the lake or up into the higher mountains. I also do a lot of skiing and with the wet room for storing my skis makes it easy. The Beds are the most comfortable and high quality. I recently installed an LG front load Steam washer & dryer, same as I have here at my home in Encinitas because they work so well. I even provide the detergent and softener for you if you.
